Shipping Information:
Shipments are made in the 48 continental states by:

USPS Media Mail [unless otherwise requested] $7.00 first book and $1.00 for each additional.

Priority Mail is available: $8.50 first book and $1.50 for each additional.

All sales are final; no returns: There will be a $2.50 handling fee for each order.

Florida residents please add 7% sales tax.

In addition to checks in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank we also accept VISA and MasterCard.

Permissions:
For information on reprint, electronic, video, or other subsidiary rights, please make your request in writing providing all appropriate details and e-mail, fax or mail to the attention of the permissions department.

Returns: For Wholesale and Bookstore Customers

ELIGIBILITY limited to (60) sixty days from invoice date.

Returned items must be authorized in advance and in salable condition. The publishers required paperwork and labels must be used to avoid additional charges or rejection. Single item orders are not subject to return. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Damaged authorized returns items receive no credit and may be returned only after shipping and handling charges are received within 60 days or such damaged items are discarded or destroyed. Credits are non-transferable to or between any persons or legal entities. Credits are normally reversed to the credit card used for the original order; if not, credit must be used within one year of original invoice date at which time any remainder is forfeit and written off. Customer is responsible for reporting damaged shipments to the carrier. Original packaging and original poly-pak must be available in order to make any claims of damage. Books with manufacturing defects must be returned within 60 days for credit or replacement at the publisher\\\\\'s discretion. Books returned without original invoice number and return authorization number will be subject to additional service charges. No credit will be authorized to unpaid invoices or accounts with balances due. Special case exceptions are subject to additional service charges. Krieger Examination/Desk Copy Policy

1.  Desk copies may be requested on college letterhead stationery or authorized A.B.A. forms and signed by the instructor, and can be sent either by mail or fax.  Requests should include information as to course date, number of students, and name of bookstore.  E-MAIL REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!

2.  Desk copies will be invoiced with a 20% discount applied to your credit card prepaid order.

3.  Minimum adoption quantity is 20.

4.  If 20 or more copies are purchased on an individual invoice through Krieger Publishing Company within 60 days, all charges will be credited to the credit card for which the original desk copy invoice was placed.

5.  However, if your bookstore supplies students with used copies or copies not purchased directly from Krieger Publishing Company, your desk copy should be procured or supplied from them.

6.  Your desk copy purchase being a single book purchase is non-returnable, as per our standard return policy. Refused shipments may incur additional charges and shall not be replaced or resent, unless our error.  Prepayment by credit card is required.

7. There shall be no reversals to credit card purchases after 60 days of your desk copy invoice date.
