have established an open account, all orders must be prepaid and include shipping charges. Orders received without payment, charge information, or shipping costs will not be processed.
Florida residents must add 6% sales tax to the purchase price or
provide a resale number or tax exempt number.

Back Orders-Titles in Preparation:
Titles which are preannounced may be reserved in
advance of publication. We extend a 15% discount to individuals on our no obligation backorders. Just give us your name, mailing address, e-mail address and the title of the book(s) you are interested in. If you send in your payment within 30 days after notification of release, the 15% discount is automatically accepted. |

Returns:
Returned items must be authorized and in salable condition. Single item orders are not subject to return. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits issued must be used within 2 years. Businesses, bookstores, and libraries should contact our returns department for policies, guidelines, and return authorization.
Books with manufacturing defects must be returned within 90 days for credit or replacement when appropriate. |

video, or other subsidiary rights, please make your request in writing providing all appropriate details and e-mail, fax or mail to the attention of the permissions department. |

Krieger Examination/Desk Copy Policy1. Desk copies must be requested on college letterhead stationery or authorized A.B.A. forms and signed by the instructor, and can be sent either by mail or fax. Requests should include information as to course date, number of students, and name of bookstore.
E-MAIL REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED! Examination Period: 60 days2. Minimum adoption quantity is 15. 3. If 15 or more copies are purchased through Krieger Publishing Company within 60 days all charges are canceled. However, if your bookstore supplies students with used copies or copies not purchased directly from Krieger Publishing Company, your
desk copy should be procured from them. 4. If you do not wish to adopt the book but would like to purchase it for personal use, a 20% discount is applied to the invoice which will be enclosed with the desk copy. 5. If you do not adopt or purchase the text, please return it within 60 days of receipt. |
